• Legitimate interest: Talbot Property Co (South West) Ltd is a property investment and management company. We purchase property from individuals and companies looking to sell, and also provide property management services. We collect and process personal information for marketing purposes to provide property owners with details about our services. We only use personal information to achieve a legitimate interest and where our reasons for using it outweigh any prejudice to your data protection rights. You can opt out at any time by contacting us and advising us you wish to stop receiving marketing materials. Thereafter your data will be erased and you will not be contacted again.
